Slim 'N Frosty Fruit Shake
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1 c. low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. chilled cut-up fresh fruit (strawberries, peaches, cantaloupe, blueberries or raspberries)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 c. ice cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. frozen lemonade concentrate

 

Place all ingredients into blender container. Cover; process on high until smooth. Makes 3 to 4 servings. Note: For extra frosty shake, freeze peeled banana several hours before using.
