- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
Melt chocolate chips and butter, cool for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, vanilla and 1/4 tsp. Salt. Gradually add powdered sugar until it is of spreading consistency. Frost 1-9x13 or 2-8" or 9" layers. Store in the refrigerator.
