Q: When do I complete the employment application?
A: The employment application should be completed if there is a position advertised in which you are interested.
Q: What if I am interested in a position not listed?
A: You may submit an employment application or resume to Human Resources and we will keep "general" applications and resumes on file for 60 days. Click on "General Application" under the Current Job Opportunities listing.
Q: Do I submit the employment application even if I have a resume available?
A: Yes, the employment application must accompany all application materials submitted to Human Resources.
Q: Do you prefer my application materials be sent through the mail or emailed?
A: We accept application material via email, fax or email, however, we prefer you complete the online application and attach your application materials as you complete the online application process. If you are unable to or have difficulty completing the online application, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: What happens once you receive my employment application?
A: Your application materials are kept with the appropriate position(s) applied for. If you are selected for a phone or on-site interview, you will be contacted by Human Resources, by phone, to make the necessary arrangements.
Can't find a job that matches your skill set? Complete a General Application and we'll consider you for current or future openings.
Please note that we accept general applications on an on-going basis in order to build a talent pool of potential candidates. Your application will be reviewed upon submission and you will receive a follow-up email regarding your application status.
Applications remain on file for 60 days for consideration. After 60 days, it will be necessary to complete a new application.
