Creamery Plant Investment Completed

The latest investment in our Creamery manufacturing plant was completed in mid-August with the installation of a new HTST Pasteurization System. This new system will improve overall operations and production efficiencies. Please read the General Manager Letter at the above link for details.


Safe Quality Food Certification Awarded

Westby Cooperative Creamery has, again, received the Certificate of Registration in meeting the Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements. These are internationally recognized standards for food safety that certify our commitment to safety and quality in dairy foods manufacturing. (Click here for link to more information).
